Terms of service

These terms apply to services offered by Registan.Com: video series, music, songs, channel growth and related tech services. A written quote or agreement may add details and then prevails.

A request is not a contract. Work starts when you accept our written quote and, where agreed, pay the deposit. Prices and deadlines are stated in the quote.

We show concepts, lyrics, pilots or drafts for approval. The quote states how many revision rounds are included; extra changes can be quoted separately.

After full payment you receive the licence or rights described in the quote; until then we keep all rights. If you supply materials such as logos, photos, music or footage, you confirm you may use them. Portfolio use is agreed in the quote.

You confirm you have consent from every person whose image, voice or story you ask us to use. We may refuse content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive or infringes the rights of others.

We may use AI tools for ideas, images, voices or animation under human control, and we label synthetic content where platforms or the law require it. We do not clone voices or faces without written consent.

We do not guarantee specific views, followers or sales, because platforms and audiences are outside our control. We agree measurable goals and report openly. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected work, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Payment terms are in the quote. If a project is cancelled, work already done is billed pro rata.

Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence stay unaffected. We prefer to solve any problem together first: write to us and we will find a fair solution.
